PMFW Arcade app – Privacy Policy

PMFW Arcade is a collection of music games (starting with Melody Bricks) made by Play Music From Within Ltd. This policy covers the PMFW Arcade app for Android.
We respect your privacy and keep the data the app uses to a minimum.
1. Overview
- The app does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information, and has no user accounts.
- The app shows no adverts and contains no advertising SDKs.
- The app does not use your location, contacts, photos or camera.
2. Audio
The app plays pre-recorded musical sounds that are packaged with the app. It does not access the microphone and does not record, store or send any audio.
3. Data stored on your device
Your game progress (levels unlocked, scores and stars), your game settings and your subscription status are saved only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
4. In-app purchases (RevenueCat and Google Play)
Purchases are made through Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check whether you have an active subscription. To do this, RevenueCat processes:
- an anonymous app user ID created by the app (not linked to your name or email)
- your purchase history for this app (which subscription, when it was bought and whether it is active)
- basic device information such as device model and OS version
This data is used only to provide and restore your purchases. It is not used for advertising and not sold. We never see or receive your payment details; Google Play handles payment. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
5. Data retention and deletion
Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide your purchases and meet legal obligations. To ask us to delete the RevenueCat record linked to your app user ID, contact us using the details below.
6. Children's privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
